Qualifications

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and government data management systems (e.g., CalHR, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of California state government processes, procurement, and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for high-level stakeholder presentations.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
