Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to citizens visiting the office or calling with inquiries.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain confidential state records.
- File documents and organize office materials for easy retrieval.
- Operate standard office equipment including computers, printers, and scanners.
- Assist senior staff with preparing reports, correspondence, and meeting preparations.
- Process incoming mail and distribute it to the appropriate departments efficiently.
- Uphold state policies and procedures in all daily tasks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is required.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a background check.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (40 WPM preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
