Responsibilities
- Develop and execute state policy initiatives aligned with legislative mandates
- Analyze fiscal data and prepare budgetary recommendations for agency programs
- Coordinate intergovernmental operations with federal agencies and local municipalities
- Oversee compliance audits and ensure regulatory adherence across departments
- Lead community engagement initiatives to address constituent needs
- Manage grant applications and fund distribution for public projects
- Train staff on protocol updates and procedural improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in government operations or public sector management
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and MS Office Suite
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and ability to travel statewide
- Professional certification in Public Management (CPM) or equivalent
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional team leadership
- Knowledge of PA Sunshine Act and FOIA regulations
