- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for internal staff and external stakeholders.
- Analyze system performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IT operations.
- Participate in emergency response planning and disaster recovery initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or government technology projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and technical documentation.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.
