Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex federal IT systems and infrastructure to meet agency requirements.
- Implement and monitor strict security protocols to ensure compliance with federal standards (e.g., FISMA, NIST).
- Lead technical project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
- Conduct system performance analysis, troubleshoot critical technical issues, and ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and modernize legacy systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
- Proficiency in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies.
