Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues during weekend shifts.
- Monitor system alerts and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure 99.9% system uptime.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve incidents within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with the central IT team to deploy patches, updates, and security patches.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all incidents, resolutions, and system configurations.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of workstations and peripherals for new employees.
- Conduct periodic security audits and data backups to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications

- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or system administration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, hardware troubleshooting, and virtualization technologies.
- Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions during off-hours.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Must be available to work a rotating weekend schedule (Saturday and/or Sunday).
