Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues during weekend shifts.
  • Monitor system alerts and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure 99.9% system uptime.
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve incidents within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with the central IT team to deploy patches, updates, and security patches.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all incidents, resolutions, and system configurations.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of workstations and peripherals for new employees.
  • Conduct periodic security audits and data backups to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications
