Responsibilities
- Process and review government documents, applications, and records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with the public, government officials, and internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries and provide information.
- Assist in the coordination of state programs and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.
- Maintain and update digital databases and filing systems to ensure information is easily retrievable.
- Prepare detailed reports, memos, and correspondence for department leadership.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
