Role Overview:
As a Night Shift Analyst, you will be the backbone of our pension processing unit. You will ensure that state employee benefits are calculated correctly and processed on time, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Verify and process incoming pension applications and benefit claims with high accuracy.
- Review financial documents and employment records to ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Communicate complex pension information clearly to state employees via phone and email.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive government data and personnel records.
- Identify discrepancies in data and escalate issues to the senior review team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Public Administration preferred.
- Previous experience in government or public sector administration is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
