Responsibilities
- System Monitoring: Monitor server performance and network traffic during off-peak hours to ensure optimal functionality and security.

- Incident Response: Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve system alerts independently during the night shift.
- Security Protocols: Enforce strict access control and security measures to protect sensitive government data.
- Reporting: Generate and submit nightly operational reports to the shift supervisor and management.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, data entry, or government administration.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of network security principles.
- Clean Record: Ability to pass a background check and security clearance as required by state regulations.
