Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate critical state agency operations during overnight hours
- Respond to after-hours emergencies and dispatch appropriate state resources
- Maintain secure communication channels with law enforcement and first responders
- Perform routine system checks and operational readiness verifications
- Document all incidents, activities, and shift handovers with precision
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless service continuity

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in security, logistics, or government operations
- Ability to obtain NYS Security Guard certification within 60 days
- Proficiency with emergency communication systems (e.g., NYS Alert)
- Valid NYS driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass rigorous background check and drug screening
- Exceptional situational judgment and calm demeanor under pressure
- Willingness to work rotating weekends and holidays as needed
