Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to critical public safety communications during night shift hours
- Coordinate emergency response protocols with local and state agencies
- Document incident reports with precision and maintain accurate digital records
- Conduct routine facility security checks and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless 24/7 operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to citizens during after-hours inquiries
- Participate in quarterly emergency response drills and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital reporting systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Previous government or security experience a plus
