Responsibilities
- Conduct park patrols to enforce regulations and ensure visitor safety
- Provide emergency response and first aid assistance to park visitors
- Lead interpretive programs on local wildlife and ecosystems
- Perform facility maintenance and habitat restoration projects
- Manage park operations during high-traffic weekend periods
- Collect visitor data and report environmental observations
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergency situations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in environmental science preferred
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work weekends and holidays in all weather conditions
- Strong communication skills for public interaction
- Experience in outdoor recreation or conservation work
- Pass background check and drug screening
