Responsibilities
- Analyze complex state legislation and regulatory impacts for policy recommendations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of government or public policy experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Demonstrated policy research and writing skills
- Knowledge of Washington state government structure and processes
- Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration abilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Citizenship of the United States
