Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support state policy development and strategic planning.
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects to ensure timely delivery of government initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and briefings for executive leadership and legislative bodies.
- Ensure strict adherence to state and federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, external stakeholders, and the public.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a government, public sector, or non-profit management environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a State of Michigan security clearance and pass a background investigation.
