We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to analyze operational data, support strategic initiatives, and improve community services.
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data and prepare detailed reports to support decision-making processes within the department.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor compliance with state and local regulations, ensuring all programs meet legal standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and identifying potential risks.
- Conduct research to identify best practices and implement process improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of grant proposals and budget allocations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program analysis or a related role within the public sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or hold permanent residency status.
