Job Overview:
The Weekend Operations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the flow of critical government services during off-hours. This role requires a high level of accuracy and the ability to work independently while adhering to strict state regulations.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and document processing for weekend operations.
- Assist the Weekend Supervisor with logistics and scheduling for state facilities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive government records in compliance with state privacy laws.
- Answer incoming phone inquiries regarding tax and revenue services during operating hours.
- Ensure office equipment is operational and supplies are stocked.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless workflow transition.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience in a government or corporate office setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently on a weekend schedule.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
