Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations of state facilities during weekend shifts.
- Ensure strict adherence to state safety regulations and government protocols.
- Coordinate with local teams to ensure seamless handovers between shifts.
- Respond to and resolve operational issues and emergencies efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare weekly reports for state auditors.
- Supervise part-time staff and provide mentorship on government procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in government, public sector, or large-scale operations.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong understanding of compliance, auditing, and administrative procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
