Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our AI roadmap, identifying emerging trends to ensure Orion Future Labs remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Architect Intelligent Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of complex AI architectures, including machine learning pipelines, large language models (LLMs), and predictive analytics systems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Technical Innovation: Spearhead R&D initiatives to explore novel applications of AI, ensuring proprietary technology development.
- Team Mentorship: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems. Proven experience deploying large-scale machine learning models.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Adaptability: A proactive approach to emerging technologies and a passion for solving ambiguous problems.
