Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on scalable AI architectures and next-gen algorithms.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision systems.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate strategic business goals into technical requirements.
- Oversee the deployment of AI solutions in cloud environments, ensuring high availability and security.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, assessing emerging technologies to keep Apex Future Systems at the forefront of the market.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI systems in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
