Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global macro-trends across technology, economics, and social dynamics to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic models quantifying impact of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and executive briefings influencing C-suite decision-making
- Identify and assess high-growth future markets for portfolio expansion
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Champion innovation culture through thought leadership and internal training programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills for complex concepts
