Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive system analysis and design to meet specific federal government requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ensure all technical solutions comply with strict federal standards, security protocols, and regulations.
- Create detailed technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and user manuals.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance to the development team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Systems Analysis, IT Support, or a related technical field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance or possess an active clearance (Secret/Top Secret preferred).
- Proficiency in SQL, Java, or Python.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
