Responsibilities
- Manage transportation infrastructure projects from conception to completion
- Conduct site assessments and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and community stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Prepare detailed progress reports and documentation for regulatory agencies
- Implement sustainable infrastructure solutions for growing urban needs
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for critical infrastructure
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of transportation project management experience
- Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and project management software
- Demonstrated experience with TxDOT and FHWA regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
