Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of transportation infrastructure projects ($5M-$25M scope)
- Coordinate with engineering, environmental, and community stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with WSDOT policies, FHWA regulations, and environmental permits
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead public engagement sessions and address community concerns
- Collaborate with federal, county, and municipal partners
- Prepare progress reports and presentations for executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years of transportation project management experience
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
- Experience with WSDOT procurement and contracting processes
- Demonstrated success managing complex infrastructure projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Valid Washington State driver's license
