Responsibilities
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for technology sector growth
- Analyze economic impact data for state-funded innovation projects
- Collaborate with federal partners on grant-funded initiatives
- Lead stakeholder engagement with Seattle's tech and research communities
- Prepare legislative briefs and testimony for state senate committees
- Oversee compliance with Washington State Open Public Records Act
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years policy analysis experience in government or non-profit
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS/R)
- Deep knowledge of Washington State procurement regulations
- Proven track record with federal grant applications
- Experience with public sector budget processes
- Valid Washington State driver's license
