Responsibilities
- Monitor security checkpoints via remote video surveillance systems to detect suspicious activities and prohibited items
- Coordinate with on-site security teams through digital communication platforms to resolve security incidents
- Analyze passenger screening data and baggage X-ray images from remote workstations to identify potential threats
- Prepare detailed security reports and incident documentation using digital case management systems
- Provide virtual customer service assistance to travelers regarding security procedures and travel guidelines
- Participate in virtual training sessions to stay updated on security protocols and emerging threats
- Collaborate with federal and local law enforcement through secure digital communication channels
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship is required
- High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 1 year security screening experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain TSA security clearance
- Proficient in using remote monitoring software and digital communication tools
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting security data and X-ray imagery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for virtual interactions
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
