Responsibilities
- Operate X-ray screening equipment to identify prohibited items in carry-on and checked baggage.
- Perform passenger screening procedures, including pat-downs and physical inspections.
- Assist passengers with special needs and provide clear, courteous instructions.
- Adhere to all TSA security protocols, regulations, and policies at all times.
- Monitor security checkpoints to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient flow of passengers during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Pass a background check, drug screen, and medical assessment.
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
