Responsibilities
- Screen passengers, property, and cargo at security checkpoints.
- Operate X-ray equipment and other screening technology to detect prohibited items.
- Conduct pat-downs and visual inspections when necessary.
- Enforce security regulations and protocols strictly.
- Maintain a high level of situational awareness at all times.
- Assist passengers with any questions regarding the screening process.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and medical screening.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
