Responsibilities
- Screen passengers and carry-on baggage using advanced X-ray technology and manual detection methods
- Monitor security checkpoints to ensure compliance with TSA regulations and protocols
- Conduct pat-down searches and baggage inspections as required by security protocols
- Identify and report suspicious items or activities to supervisory personnel
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professional demeanor under pressure

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or legal resident status with appropriate work authorization
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening
- Successfully complete TSA-mandated training program (provided on-the-job)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn security systems
- Must pass medical assessment and meet TSA physical requirements
