Responsibilities
- Screen passengers and carry-on baggage for prohibited items using X-ray machines and manual inspection techniques
- Monitor security checkpoints and detect suspicious behavior or potential threats
- Operate advanced security equipment and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide excellent customer service while enforcing TSA regulations
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate with law enforcement as needed
- Conduct pat-down searches and baggage inspections according to protocol

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Must be at least 18 years old
