Responsibilities
- Conduct passenger and baggage screening using X-ray machines, metal detectors, and pat-down procedures
- Identify and report prohibited items according to TSA regulations
- Maintain security checkpoints while providing excellent customer service
- Operate advanced imaging technology and ETD equipment
- Document security incidents and suspicious activities accurately
- Collaborate with law enforcement and airport personnel during emergencies
Qualifications
- US citizenship or legal resident status
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
