Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee federal contract deliverables to ensure compliance with all agency regulations and standards.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for sensitive federal projects.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans.
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols, ensuring the protection of classified and sensitive information.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and briefings for senior leadership and oversight bodies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of federal mandates.
- Assist in the identification of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required for federal contract eligibility.
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal contracting, government relations, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and compliance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
