Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Public Administration
- 3+ years of pension plan administration experience
- Federal benefits certification (e.g., CBP, CFP) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and pension management software
- Strong knowledge of federal retirement systems (FERS, CSRS)
