Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce federal, state, and municipal regulations across city departments
- Conduct comprehensive compliance audits and risk assessments
- Develop/implement compliance training programs for 500+ employees
- Collaborate with legal teams to resolve regulatory violations
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for City Council
- Lead cross-departmental compliance task forces
- Stay updated on evolving legislative changes affecting local government
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field
- 3+ years government/compliance experience
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Proficiency in regulatory databases (e.g., LexisNexis)
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Ability to obtain Secret Security clearance
- Experience with municipal procurement processes
