Responsibilities
- Manage and Organize Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date government records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with federal and state regulations.

- Coordinate Meetings: Schedule and organize meetings for government officials while preparing necessary agendas and minutes.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Input data into government databases and generate reports for senior management.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or government support role.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and government filing systems.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and document management.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with the public.
