Responsibilities
- Monitor public safety systems during overnight hours
- Respond to emergency dispatch calls within 15-minute response time
- Document incident reports using RMS software
- Coordinate with state/federal agencies during cross-jurisdictional events
- Conduct routine facility security patrols
- Maintain accurate shift logs and handover documentation
- Participate in quarterly emergency response drills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass federal background check (Tier 3)
- Basic EMS/FEMA certification within 90 days
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and RMS databases
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in government/public sector highly valued
