Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program lifecycle management for community infrastructure projects
- Oversee $2M+ federal grant budgets with strict compliance requirements
- Coordinate with 15+ city departments and external stakeholders
- Develop data-driven performance metrics and quarterly progress reports
- Implement agile methodologies to accelerate project delivery timelines
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes
- Ensure all initiatives meet ADA and Title VI compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years program management experience in public sector or large-scale non-profit
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related field
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record managing federal/state grant-funded projects
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement across diverse communities
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project and government reporting tools
- Ohio driver's license with clean record
- U.S. citizenship required for federal clearance
