Qualifications

- 3+ years of government compliance/regulatory experience
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one immediately
- Proficiency with government reporting software (e.g., FedConnect, SAM.gov)
- Strong knowledge of Indiana state and federal regulations
- Exceptional written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
