Responsibilities
- Monitor federal communication channels and security systems during assigned night shifts.
- Process sensitive documents and data entries with 100% accuracy and confidentiality.
- Conduct routine patrols and inspections of federal facilities to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Respond immediately to security alerts and coordinate with local law enforcement when necessary.
- Maintain detailed logs and shift reports for all operational activities.
- Assist in the training of incoming staff members regarding night shift procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and hold or be eligible for a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security or administrative support role.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer systems.
