Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming correspondence, emails, and documents efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and filing systems in compliance with government regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to constituents and agency staff via phone and in-person.
- Prepare reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coordinate schedules for department heads and schedule meetings.
- Process applications and forms with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist in special projects and ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a government or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Must be willing to work in Charlotte, NC or relocate to Ohio.
