Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume case files and ensure strict compliance with state regulations and policies.
- Process applications for public assistance programs with high accuracy and speed.
- Conduct initial eligibility screenings and provide clear guidance to applicants via phone and in-person.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to resolve complex case discrepancies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive citizen data in accordance with federal and state laws.
- Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or government operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and government database software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse populations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
