Responsibilities
- Process Applications: Review and process incoming government applications, forms, and documentation accurately.
- Public Assistance: Assist visitors and citizens in person regarding eligibility for state programs.

- Weekend Coverage: Ensure front desk and operational areas are fully staffed and welcoming during weekend hours.
- Compliance: Verify that all submitted materials comply with state regulations and policies.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve routine inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Prior experience in administrative support, customer service, or government work is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
