Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce federal, state, and local regulatory compliance for public infrastructure projects

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of government compliance or regulatory experience
- Strong knowledge of Virginia state and federal regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines
- Proficiency in compliance management software and data analysis tools
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean record
