Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for government agency hardware and software systems.
- Diagnose and resolve complex network connectivity issues, printer malfunctions, and system errors.
- Ensure strict compliance with government security protocols, data privacy laws, and IT standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and improve system efficiency.
- Conduct regular system audits and hardware inventory checks to ensure optimal asset management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent military/technical experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Active or eligibility for a U.S. Government security clearance (Secret or Top Secret preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and Windows Server environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven government environment.
