Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming applications, inquiries, and official correspondence efficiently.
- Assist the public with accessing government records and filing necessary administrative paperwork.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate schedules and arrange meetings for department leadership.
- Perform high-volume data entry and ensure strict compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline departmental operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and government database management systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on public service.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or possess eligible work authorization.
