Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming government documents and applications during weekend shifts.
- Assist the public with inquiries regarding government services and procedures.
- Ensure the security and accuracy of all records maintained within the department.
- Coordinate with weekday staff to ensure seamless handover of operations.
- Perform routine clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a government or administrative setting is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
