Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of assigned government projects to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
- Conduct regular audits of public records and departmental processes to ensure adherence to state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to streamline workflow and improve service delivery to citizens.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and the public board of directors.
- Manage vendor contracts and ensure all service level agreements are met.
- Respond to inquiries from the public and internal stakeholders with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive government data and personnel files.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a government or corporate administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and government-specific software.
- Strong understanding of Kentucky state government regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
