Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency calls and provide critical public safety services
- Conduct patrols to ensure community safety and crime prevention
- Collaborate with local agencies during disaster response operations
- Enforce municipal regulations and safety protocols
- Document incidents and maintain accurate case records
- Participate in community outreach programs
- Operate emergency vehicles and specialized equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid Arizona Peace Officer certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Minimum 2 years public safety or emergency response experience
- Ability to pass rigorous background check and physical fitness assessment
- Proficiency in emergency communication systems
- Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
