Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of pension administration or benefits experience
- Proficiency with pension software (e.g., Millennium, Benefitfocus)
- Strong understanding of ERISA and IRS regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) designation preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
