Responsibilities
- Coordinate emergency response protocols across city departments
- Develop community safety outreach programs and educational materials
- Collaborate with law enforcement, fire, and EMS agencies during critical incidents

- Manage grant applications and compliance for safety initiatives
- Train staff and volunteers on emergency procedures

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Emergency Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public safety or emergency services
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Certification in Incident Command System (ICS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including emergencies and weekends
