Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming state applications, correspondence, and public inquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure strict compliance with all state regulations, policies, and procedural guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive digital and physical records for departmental audits.
- Assist in the coordination of inter-departmental meetings and public service events.
- Conduct data entry and analysis to support decision-making processes within the agency.
- Provide exceptional customer service to constituents and stakeholders visiting the office.
- Monitor departmental supply levels and coordinate with procurement for necessary resources.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative or clerical experience in a government or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic database management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
- Ability to pass a mandatory background check and drug screening.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
